Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik on Tuesday issues four Royal Decrees reading as follows:

The first Royal Decree promulgates the Expropriation Law for the public benefit.

The second Royal Decree amends some provisions of the Police College system.

The third Royal Decree assigned the powers of contract review to the Tender Board Secretariat-General instead of the Ministry of Justice and Legal Affairs.

The fourth Royal Decree appoints Eng Masoud bin Said bin Hashim al Hashmi as Governor of South Al Batinah Governorate with the special grade, Mahmoud bin Yahya bin Sulaiman al Dhuhli as Governor of North Al Sharqiyah with the special grade, and Shaikh Ahmed bin Musallam bin Suhail Jadad al Kathiri as Governor of Al Wusta Governorate with the special grade.
